Community Rules

  • Pool Rules POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC The pool is usually opened mid-May and closed mid- September depending on the weather. The spa opens mid-April and we’re currently trying out keeping it open during the colder months. There is absolutely no smoking, glass containers or dogs at the pool. These rules and those attached are strictly enforced and monitored by the use of surveillance cameras.
  • Parking absolutely no guest parking is allowed in assigned parking spaces unless granted by the owner/renter of the assigned parking spot. Parking spaces for owners/renters shall be for a motorcycle OR vehicle with a four-tire limit per space — do not double park a motorcycle and car in one parking space. Do not park in non-parking spaces throughout the community.
  • Fines for smoking or noise associated with your unit: First warning is an email; the second notice is $50 fine; third notice is $100 fine; fourth notice is $200 fine. There is a $500 cap per month per violation for fines. Fines are given to landlords not tenants. No smoking in pool area, no smoking within 25 feet of any building.
  • Winter snow removal and ice: owners and tenants are responsible to keep the landing and sidewalk in front of their unit clean and free of obstacles -all year round. The HOA provides ice melt in the winter to keep the area in front of each unit free of ice. Buckets of ice melt are located in each stairwell during winter months.
